Frank did a great job on my project at a fair price. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is punctuality. He scheduled an 11am start and didn't arrive until about 2pm - give him credit for calling to inform me. Because of late start,and the lack of a tool he needed to come back the next week. Again scheduled 10am start and arrived 12:15. I will use him again, but will expect him to be late. For me not a big deal and I'm hiring a plumber not a time keeper.
