Introduction: I have been food and beverage for most of my work experiences, also I have worked a lot as a barback, gained a lot of knowledge and skills watching, stepping in and adapting. I feel I am a strong Bartender/Mixologist; I enjoy help serving for time to time in our main restaurant. My skills don't exclusive to just in front of the house, I've also helped in back of the house such as in places as in room dining, guest relations, PBX, front desk, and prep cook work. Also these past months I have been demo-ing houses and own my own equipment.

We booked Ruben H. to attend to our guests via bar and table side service. We had rented a ballroom to entertain clients and needed staff to help setup, assist and maintain any service needed , he was very attentive and attention to detail/clients was key to a successful night, would highly recommend for catering/banquet events.
