Mark Russo inspected a log home built in 1974 in Assonet, MA. The inspection took about 2 hours, and Mark was there on time, a little early. We were very impressed with his knowledge of construction, utilities, appliances and systems, and state and local regulations affecting them. I wrote down everything I remembered from his inspection several days later before reading his printed report, and he covered everything in helpful detail. I received valuable advice regarding the guarantees on Anderson windows and how to get them replaced quickly and inexpensively because of their high quality service network. Nothing went wrong in the inspection and we were all pleased with it, including the realtors.

Mark was a total professional and very efficient. He went through and explained everything very clearly, and provided us with much more than the necessary materials and information to get started maintaining our new home.
