I needed some Plumbing work done to my house, so I called New England plumbing and mechanical and talked to Eric. Eric was friendly and communicative. We agreed on a time and he called to let me know he was on the way and actually showed up earlier.Eric was professional and got to work quickly, we talked and discussed the job. He knows his stuff and was happy to help and answer any questions I had. He told me what he thought was best with the job and let me know what he was doing the whole time. Due to old pipes I had to call him back and he was back within 20 min. He even stayed and made sure the job was done right and completed correctly and told me if I ever had any questions or needed more work to give him a call.I was very satisfied with the service and the price and charge was more than reasonable. I would 5 star recommend New England plumbing and mechanical for any plumbing work you need done and I know who to call again if I need more work done.
