Introduction: I am semi-professionally trained in business/culinary arts. What that means is before attending school for culinary arts people were already requesting my services. Cooking being my second love gave me motivation to attend classes and work at several local restaurants. I quickly became aware that my own creativity was not wanted in the kitchens of these long established eateries.
That being said, I am confident that any cuisine you request I can accommodate. I can provide samples at your request, delivered by myself to your door, and assist you in deciding what your special event needs. I am Serve Safe/Serve TIP certified.
