- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to give customers our best pricing at all times. We take into consideration the needs of the job as well as the needs and desires of the homeowners. We always use written contracts for everything, so if we discuss that there will be an increase, or decrease in final price, we will also produce a new contract that states exactly what was amended.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do when working with a new customer is meet them in person and view the potential job. We then will discuss pricing with the homeowner, then make and sign a detailed contract. Once the discussed percent down is received, work usually can begin within 24 to 48 hours or on the date specified and agreed upon in the contract. We are your number ONE go to guys to get the job done right the first time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years of experience! From Landscaping, to small repair jobs, to working for big construction companies! Our commitment to the jobs we do shows in our work. We take pride in doing the job right the first time, and we also fix the mistakes that other companies were too careless to focus on.
