I contacted Jake, hes responded quickly. I had a leak in the control valve in my outdoor shower. I thought the control would have to be replaced. Jake informed me he had a call in the am but he could be ther early pm. He called me to inform me he was on his way. when he arrived he checked the valve he informed mehe could replace theinterior valves rather than the entire valve. he made a trip to the plumbing supply store, returned and the finished in 20 minutes or so. He was fast responsive and knowledgeable. Great service. I plan on using him in the future!

Jake was great!! He was very accommodating and came out the day I needed him to. He took care of the Job in a timely manner which allowed my flooring guys to continue their Job without any delays. He also took care of a few last minute add ons. He communicated with me throughout the entire process. I will be using Jake again in the future!!
