Neil from all of the above is always amazing to work with. I own a multi family and he had done all kinds of work for me from floor to ceiling. He did great work putting down brand new floors for me and also has done sheet rock work and gutting and redoing an entire bathroom. He will be the only one I will be using going forward. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done by the rough time it will take or square footage of the job. I do take into account how many men will be needed. Repeat customers or add ons always get a 5% discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer after my quote to hear exactly what the work entails to make my quote more accurate to save the customer money. Then schedule a date to meet at job site put on paper what needs to be done. Then completing the job to the customers satisfaction
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m in the process of getting my contractors license. I also have 40 hour osha class. Been in the field since 2004 worked all over the state for a big company.
