Mark accommodated our eclectic schedule by coming out in the evening, doing a thorough evaluation, and staying until all our questions were answered. There was no pressure to make an immediate decision, instead Mark was available to answer any follow-up questions via email or with a phone call as needed.
Throughout this whole process, Mark was well informed, conscious of our needs and priorities, and helped ease our concerns.
We have already recommended him and his company to acquaintances and friends and similar circumstances, and will continue to do so in the future.
