Mike is very professional and knowledgeable about roofing! The whole process was quick and efficient. We love our new Metal Roof so much that we are planning to call them back to replace our Bay Window and Sliding Doors.

I am writing this because a rep by the name of Nick reached out to me about me inquiring about replacing windows after them missing our appointment time by almost three hours I was greeted by a gentleman that was extremely pushy. He was extremely unhelpful. Myself not knowing a lot about windows and the efficiency and how others grade windows to compare pricing I felt that this representative was more into picking my brain and wondering about what the other contractors have bid on my project. He was super un professional and nothing but a sales person. He did not meet my needs or my expectations so I simply ended the call.
This guy is a bad representation Of any business myself being a business owner I can attest that. I really feel like this representative was extremely shifty and just trying to make the most of us he kept asking me what my budget was and how much I expected to spend. I then told him that I was a homeowner and I’m out of pocket and I’m only looking for the most efficient most affordable windows that’s all nothing crazy. He then told me and was very pushy about myself and getting a loan for the windows in which I told him I did not need a loan we have our money put aside for what we want to do. To me when calling a contractor and then asking you how much money you have to spend or what your budget is time after time there’s simply just fishing for you to say your number so they have something to work off for him I highly do not recommend this guy or premiere at all because of him. I had to ask him three or four times I just want the pricing and he kept drawing back to what my budget was for me it was a chase that I was not interested in doing I only work with honest people not people that are looking to make the most from you and it was clear that that’s what was going on. I’m sure they have great windows and I’m sure they’re a great company I just had a horrible experience with this one rep Nick who wasn’t even located here in mass. Have a nice day.
