When owning a small business, managing money matters never seems to end. The hours quickly add up and all the tasks seem to fall on the owners shoulders. Carl from On Track Accounting is the BEST! To begin, he arrived to our meeting on time and upon meeting, he asked me about myself and my business so that he can give me the most specific and accurate help possible. I truly feel like he listened to everything I said and genuinely cared about what my concerns were with the accounting I had done on my own thus far. He has been there to answer every question I've ever asked him within a few hours at most, thoroughly and completely. For someone who doesn't feel 100% confident in what I'm doing accounting-wise, I left our meeting feeling much less insecure, especially knowing that I can trust and rely on Carl to help. Let me start off by saying, Carl is extremely well gifted in customer service. His attentiveness is outstanding. That is what instantly stood out to me. He is responsive, direct and very flexible. That already sets the tone making it extremely fluid doing business with him. I’m definitely going to have to recommend Reconciled to everyone with accounting needs. I just started my first business so a lot of the things I keep hearing are all pretty new to me.
