- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everyone wants and needs are different, So I try to quote on a per job basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply I try to get a feel for what they need to accomplish, I ask a lot of questions, to get all the details, so I can better quote them, and offer exactly what they are looking for.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many types of clients, too many to list... but to name a few, my highest profile client has been Guinness, Lifetime Fitness and Piehole Whiskey, many fashion designers like Alashan Cashmere, Realtors, models, fitness competitors, Brides and Grooms.... the list could go on for awhile.
