Darrell the owner showed up at my house 10 minutes early he took the time to go through every single room. He brought the best of equipment. And explained every step that he was doing this is the first time I've written a review because I was so impressed. He is over knowledgeable in this field and having a five-year-old and two-year-old with a potential mold problem is scary. After he was done he assured me that things will be OK and show me the steps to take to extinguishthe problem

Daryl came to our home to inspect the mold that had been spreading from our basement floor, and up the walls. He was honest and very professional. He also gave us advice other professionals did not which ultimately ended up being very helpful for us today. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing their services!

We hired AirSciences to remove mold in an attic space. We had to hire a contractor and get the work performed quickly, as this was required to sell our home. We did not want to just hire any one, despite the urgency of the work. One thing that stood out was the time Daryl took to educate us on mold remediation and the industry at large. He talked about types of questions to ask any mold remediation contractor, things to look for, and potential red flags. His top priority was for us to hire a contractor that met our needs and performed quality work, not necessarily to hire his company. Daryl's quote was on the higher end of the bids. We negotiated the price through changing the mold remover product. Again we stated our needs and he explained what he could do to meet our needs and maintain quality. After we compared 4 companies we decided to hire AirSciences without hesitation. Daryl is honest, reliable, provides top notch customer service and high quality work. He took time to inspect the attic in depth and identify the severity and root of the problem. He met our tight time line. His team installed vents to resolve the root of the problem as well as re-mediate the mold. The majority of the other bids only addressed resolving the mold with less optimal products, without addressing the root problem, and with much shorter warranties. AirSciences warranty is for 10 years and stays with the property, regardless of who owns the house. The other companies warranties were in the 2-5 year range. I highly recommend AirSciences and would hire them again without hesitation.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Our most popular services are mold remediation and our free mold and moisture inspection. The problem we encounter most in residential environments is attic mold. It is a very common problem, usually caused by a ventilation concern. Fortunately, it is also a problem that can be easily diagnosed and permanently corrected.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. There are numerous companies that offer treatments they claim will "eat away" mold or "turn it into dust". Ask Questions about the products and processes being used. Anyone providing mold remediation services should have a thorough understanding of mold biology, microbial science, and basic building performance.
