Angelo has been a major part of my weight loss journey. I’m in my 50’s and was finding it difficult to lose the weight I needed to so I could feel like myself again. Once I started training with Angelo I noticed a huge difference in not only how my body was changing but also my confidence started coming back. He always asks how an exercise feels to make sure I’m doing it correctly and will explain what to adjust to target the correct muscles. He’s also very easy to talk to which makes my workouts enjoyable.

Can’t believe how much professionalism and knowledge Angelo brings to fitness, training, and nutrition. Far exceeded my expectations and have learned a ton about exercise physiology and training structure from him. Always upbeat and positive. Could not recommend more strongly as a trainer.

Angelo is an awesome trainer and has a great training location in Foxborough, MA. In this well-kept space, it has everything a normal commercial gym would have. Angelo is always teaching me something new and meets me where I’m at. He also pushes me way further than I could ever push myself. Just from a few sessions, I’ve noticed how much stronger I’ve gotten and how my form keeps improving. He is such a positive and well rounded trainer, he definitely knows how to keep me on my toes all while inspiring me to hit more of my health & fitness goals! I highly recommend him if you’re looking for an excellent personal trainer - I’m so lucky to be one of his clients!!

I trained with Angelo for almost a year in his home/apartment gym while I was living on the South Shore and I wish I could have brought him with me when I moved. First he helped me cut down so much weight I needed to buy new pants. Then he switched me to a muscle building program and four months later my arms were too big for my t shirts!! He’s a great guy, I always left our sessions in a better mood. Don’t miss out on the chance to train with Angelo!
