More than satisfied with my basement renovated by Bay Builders! In September 2023 they leveled and recovered the floor, made insulation and molding, painted the walls and installed new doors in our basement. It all took a week (term as was signed, that's important to me!) Also I was sick of leaks after every rainy day, so Ross applied the special anti-mold drywall materials for my basement. Now it’s a very comfortable space for my remote job. Great quality job! If you are looking for reliable constructors with a pleasant price and well-organized process, here they are!

Bay Builders did an excellent job in renovating our basement in November 2023. In two days after my request all measurements were done and I’ve got a fully detailed estimate and the Contract. It’s super fast I mean. The only time for working we had was on Sundays, so Ross and his crew adjusted their working hours to our needs! It took two Sundays to make insulation, new walls, new doors, baseboards and trims, tiles on the floor. Our floor required a special approach, the guys leveled it perfectly with special materials. To get rid of high humidity in our basement Ross and his specialists recommended the special anti-mold drywall materials. All the process was clear for me, well-organized and the prices they have are really comfortable! Oh, and the bonus was free installation of four new windows! 100% satisfied and recommend Bay Builders!
