Jose and his team are truly exceptional. My husband and I bought our first home one year ago, and have hired ECC for three projects now. Being first-time home buyers in this economy, our house has come with numerous projects. Right from when we first moved in, our laminate flooring was bubbling and snapping boards due to the excessive heat and improper installation. After getting numerous quotes that were far out of our price range, and contractors telling me that this was a sign of much deeper issues that would cost me thousands, my husband and I were ready to rip up the boards ourselves and DIY. Thankfully, we called Jose! He gave us a clear explanation of what the issue was, a low price to reinstall the affected areas, and had someone out in less than a week to do the job. Nearly a year later (and plenty of excessively hot and humid days) and our floor is still perfect! Since then, we have had him out for two more jobs and our experience has been consistent - low price, and exceptional quality. And, on top of it all, Jose is a genuinely kind person that makes dealing with a stressful project much easier.Imagining future remodels and renovations becomes much easier when you know you have a contractor that you can trust to get the job done right!

Recently we have just finished up a renovation of our MasterBedroom and Master Bath . Jose and his team at Exponential Construction have done a Fabulous job on all aspects of this project.I am A Licensed Constrution Supervisor and in March had to have Surgery. I had planned on doing alot of this renovation my self but my recovery made that prohibative. So ,I hired Jose who was an aquaintenace at church and there are NO REGRETS. Under his supervision the project moved along quickly and on budget.The attension to details was great and his crew and the sub contractors he brought in were all very profeesional and completed all their work in a timely manner. The site was left clean after each work day and Jose does an Awesome job at communicating with Me ,the homeowner /costomer and all the workers. We were all always on the same page.We look forward to having Exponential Construction back in the near future to over see some other renovation Projects.Very Happy & SatisfiedTed and Barbara Oxholm

I used Exponential for a bathroom remodel. Some rot had been seen in the subfloor when I bought the house, and the tub area still leaked, so it was time to bring the room up-to-date. It was effectively a full gut and replace.I was generally happy with the overall project. Things took just a little longer than had been estimated, but this was largely due to outside forces at the time. Prices were reasonable, the work was solid, and the team was polite. Any minor nits I have to pick certainly wouldn't be enough to not use the crew again, and I already have another project in mind.
