We hired DSC Pro Service LLC to completely renovate our master bedroom, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The project included building a custom walk-in closet, replacing all of the hardwood flooring, repairing and painting the entire room, installing new trim, and completing all of the finishing touches to create a modern, elegant space.
The team was professional, punctual, and paid incredible attention to detail throughout the entire project. They kept the work area clean every day, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was completed exactly as promised. The custom walk-in closet turned out even better than we imagined, providing plenty of storage while looking like it was always part of the home. The new hardwood floors were installed flawlessly, and the paint and finish work completely transformed the room.

We had a really great experience working with Thiago and his team. We got four different quotes for the work we needed done, which included a full kitchen remodel, basement flooring, a bathroom vanity replacement, and some tile repair in our downstairs basement. His pricing was significantly better than every other quote we received, and the quality of the work absolutely did not reflect a lower price point.
One of the biggest things that stood out to us was Thiago’s communication. He was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, whether it was by text or phone. Even during evenings and weekends, he made an effort to respond and make sure we felt heard. Anyone who has dealt with contractors before knows how much that matters. We never felt like we were chasing him down for answers or wondering what was going on.
We were also pretty nervous going into such a large amount of work because having your home torn apart is stressful no matter what. Thiago worked with us every step of the way and did everything he could to make the process as easy on us as possible. He is also just a genuinely kind, warm, and personable person, which made a stressful project much easier to deal with.
Another thing we really appreciated was that he was true to his word. If he told us someone would be there at a certain time, they showed up. If he said something would get done, it got done. His reliability made a HUGE difference for us!
We are currently getting our house ready to go on the market, so we were probably more particular than usual about how everything needed to come out. We were extremely happy with the finished work and with the experience overall. In fact, we were impressed enough that we have already decided to hire Thiago again for work at the home we are moving into.
I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is fairly priced, reliable, communicative, and easy to work with. Pictures of the completed work are attached, and more to come from the next project.

We had a complete bathroom remodel done in our home in Hopkinton, MA, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, the team was professional, organized, and communicated clearly throughout every stage of the project.
They completely transformed our outdated bathroom into a beautiful, modern space. The workmanship was outstanding. From the tile installation and plumbing to the electrical work, painting, and all the finishing details. Everything was completed with great attention to detail, and the job site was kept clean and organized every day.
What impressed us the most was how responsive they were whenever we had questions or requested small changes during the project. They made the entire remodeling process smooth and stress-free while delivering exceptional quality.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy contractor for a bathroom renovation, I highly recommend them. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and will definitely hire them again for future home remodeling projects.
