I hired Oriel's Construction twice—once to do a gut remodel of the hall bathroom in 2024 and a second time to remodel a bathroom and closet in 2025. Both experiences were great! Bolivar is honest, fair, and reasonably priced. He's a great problem-solver and offers thoughtful ideas and suggestions to make the renovation even better. He also doesn't nickel-and-dime his clients, and he even includes some upgrades at no cost. For example, in both bathrooms, he provided slabs of quartz to line the niche free of charge. The one thing I'd be aware of is that the quote does not include pipe work outside of the bathroom. We were charged extra for the pipework done in the basement and walls, leading up to the second-floor bathroom. We knew there would be an extra cost, but it would be best to quote a range upfront so clients know what to expect. I would definitely recommend Bolivar and his crew. They were all very considerate of our house and schedule. Thank you Bolivar—I love both bathrooms!

I hired Oriel’s for bathroom and kitchen renovation, plus replacing floors and baseboards. Very satisfied with quality of their job. They got needed permissions, and inspections. Guys were accurate and polite. They fairly priced. Definitely would recommend them.

My husband and I were looking to upgrade our children's and primary bathrooms in anticipation of moving...we couldn't be happier with the end results! We wish we had made the renovations sooner! The minute we met with Bolivar, we felt comfortable - he is knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and easy to work with...Bolivar was willing to work within our budget constraints and offered ideas and suggestions at every step of the process. He was extremely patient with us - I am not decisive and changed the layout of the primary bathroom a few times...yet he and his team still completed it in a timely fashion! Bolivar has a team of very trustworthy and competent contractors. Each night before leaving for the day, they packed up their materials and left the work area clean and tidy. They were gracious and accommodating and were even kind to our dog! We would recommend Bolivar without hesitation.

Bolivar and his team did an incredible job with our bathroom! I attached three photos from before, and two photos from after. We had brand new tile floor, new tub, tiled shower, cabinets, and toilet put in, along with new outlets, switches, and hardware. The team showed up early every day, and they were extremely tidy and respectful of our home. I highly recommend Bolivar, and we will absolutely hire him again!
