- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tend to be generous with prices and often give discounts due to enjoying the project or having polite costumers :). We try our best to keep the price at the lowest we can go for the best quality we can give.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the first time contacting them, we work out a quote based on the amount of space we’re working with. After that we go over to the house in question and make a physical template for more accurate measure. We help our costumer with their choice in stone, and then proceed to install; after installing we try our best to keep the quality after it’s all been done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Had 5 years of training in Brazil. But I have been working with construction since a very young age due to my father working with it.
