We’re fixing up our home, and choosing 5 Star Granite turned out to be the best decision I made for this project. Initially, I was debating between Home Depot and Lowe’s for the countertop replacement, but due to our tight timeline, neither option worked out. This was my first time using Thumbtack, so I was unsure how trustworthy it would be, but I feel so lucky that I decided to move forward with 5 Star Granite.
Fabiana and Lucas made it possible to have beautiful work completed within just a week. They are efficient, detail-oriented professionals, and I still can’t believe they replaced our old, ugly Formica countertops with chic, gorgeous granite in such a short amount of time — and with such perfection.
I really appreciate the entire team for their excellent work. Highly, highly recommend!

This company does fantastic work and are very reasonable. They came and did our template and a week later our countertop was installed. We told them what we were looking for in a countertop, they gave us some options that complemented our existing design. And we are so happy we went with 5star Granite, our kitchen looks amazing! This stone will last a lifetime! Also, they sold us a sink that looks great too!

Wow! I’ll be honest I was skeptical at first because the cost and amount of time to get the project done seemed way to good to be true. 5 Star Granite did an amazing job from start to finish. Fabiana came over with samples and helped me pick a design that matched my style and kitchen. She called me a couple days after I had selected my design and told me she found something I might like better. And I did! I’m so grateful she made the change because I love waking up to see my counters. The guys did awesome coming in and installing the counters without any mess or issues. A couple weeks later I had new tile installed and grout got all over my new counters I was so upset . I called Fabiana and she spoke directly with the company who installed the tile to make sure it was cleaned and fixed properly. I have nothing bad to say about my experience they are friendly and really care about what they do. I will defiantly hire them again for all future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tend to be generous with prices and often give discounts due to enjoying the project or having polite costumers :). We try our best to keep the price at the lowest we can go for the best quality we can give.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the first time contacting them, we work out a quote based on the amount of space we’re working with. After that we go over to the house in question and make a physical template for more accurate measure. We help our costumer with their choice in stone, and then proceed to install; after installing we try our best to keep the quality after it’s all been done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Had 5 years of training in Brazil. But I have been working with construction since a very young age due to my father working with it.
