We absolutely loved working with Jen! We were struggling to find the right soapstone countertops for our kitchen renovation until we called Jen at Onyx Granite. Jen helped us pick the perfect slab and installation was so easy. The entire process was a dream, and we are in love with our countertops!

Onyx, Marble & Granite was recommended by our contractor (Boston Prime Construction, Inc), specifically working with Jen Pimenta. Our needs were unique as the current quartz in our kitchen came from a now closed manufacturer and we were concerned about matching the new island. Jen worked tirelessly to find the companies that had split off and each had a version that matched. She was quick to answer our questions, provide quotes, and ensure that the slab was available for a tight timeline renovation. We were very happy with the results!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out, we gather their information and work on a quote. Once a quote is approved, a template and installation is scheduled.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have a broad group of clienteles. We work with contractors, subcontractors, homeowners, designers, and dealers.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What type of material am I considering to work with? (Ex. Granite, Quartz, Marble, Quartzite, Porcelain, and etc.) Do I have the layout/plans for the work that needs to be done? If doing a counter top, should I consider doing full backsplash with the same stone as the counter? 4" backsplash? Or no backsplash? What style of edge profile am I most interested in? Will I be providing the sink or purchasing one through Onyx?
