Kyle got right back to my first query and asked for a picture of the damage to my computer. With that sent, he immediately gave me an estimate of the work, which was very fair indeed. A day or so later he came by the house and picked it, at no charge. The fix was beautiful. I have a new old computer and I am thrilled. And Kyle dropped it off, again at no charge. His prompt responses and service were beyond compare. It was like the old days when you could get things fixed and not just chuck 'em. And Kyle says he fixes a lot of things so he's in my contacts forever and I highly recommend him and his business to anyone I meet who might need his help.

Kyle was wonderful to work with. My computer was very badly damaged and he completely upgraded it, while still keeping the cost down. Now it's like new and will last a lot longer! Got the job done fast, offered free pickup/dropoff, and kept me posted the whole time. Very highly recommended. Thanks Kyle!

I would recommend Kyle to anyone within 50 miles. He is a very thorough, precise technician who goes out of his way to make sure you understand what the problems are and how he fixed it. He fixed my software issues overnight and for less than I expected. I plan to never patronage a big box repair service when there is someone with the skills that Kyle has available.

Kyle is amazing....I am so impressed with what he was able to do for my computer remotely and in record time. I spoke with him at about 6:00 PM and by 7:30 my computer was completely fixed and had so much more security on it that I think we will be good for a long while. He was a pleasure to deal with and obviously very knowledgeable and extremely trustworthy. I will recommend him to anyone I know having a problem with their computer. Thank you Thank you Thank you. I had a laptop on which the display was distorted; within a few days the machine would not boot up. Kyle diagnosed and repaired the problem, a loose internal cable connection, and had the laptop back to me within 24 hours for less than the original estimate.
