- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will receive great value for your money. Our prices are always fair and substantiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we follow the next steps. 1. Phone conversation to understand the core of your project and schedule estimate. 2. Meeting in person to see the job and discuss possible solutions. 3. Written estimate will be sent to the customer. Some corrections and negotiations may be made. 4. Job scheduled. 5. Invoice sent to the customer. Reasonable deposit should be paid upfront (applies only to the bigger jobs). 6. Job started, job progress and next steps will be discussed on the daily basis. 7. At the time of project completion and customers satisfaction invoice will be sent with the amount due. 8. Customer will receive box of cookies with request for a review :)
