- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and my work is high quality
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always start with a phone call, so that we can discuss the work you are looking to get done. I typically can give an over the phone estimate once we have discussed what work you would like done. Sometimes I may ask for pictures to give me a better idea of my plan of execution on the work and so that I can give an accurate quote. From there I can send over a finalized quote as long as both parties agree to the price, and from there we figure out a good date and time for me to come complete the work.

I have been in the field for 6+ years now, and have been a licensed electrician for 2+ years.
