Jon responded to my thumbtack request within 30min, was realtime responding to discussing my electrical issue (best temperature controller without power and heating furnace therefore unresponsive) and aligning on a time to call out. Jon text the morning of callout to confirm the appointment and shared his eta so that I had confirmation of his arrival. Upon arrival, Jon quickly evaluated the situation and was able to determine the issue within 10min. He was able to quickly resolve the problem and had the furnace and nest controller working before departure. I would definitely recommend Jon for any electrical based projects.

We can’t recommend J. Malcolm Electrical highly enough! Jon is incredibly reliable, flexible, and skilled at what he does.
