They were able to come out and meet me the same day, and managed to fix the issue for a small fee rather than having me replace the entire unit! Odean was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable, will absolutely use them again!!!

Their technician arrived 15 mins early to service our dryer vent. He did the job in about 45 minutes, and left everything meticulously clean. He took pictures of the areas that he cleaned, and made sure that I was satisfied before leaving. Though I had to play phone tag with their office staff several times before confirming our appointment, I will absolutely hire them again!

We just moved into a new house a month ago. The house was quiet during the open house and during the walk through, but once we turned the heat on, it sounded like someone was banging the pipes with a heavy wrench! We found Ideal Air on Thumbtack, and we're extremely satisfied with the service that Odean and Anthony provided. They arrived a little later than scheduled, but provided ample warning that they were running late and kept me informed of their ETA. My many questions were answered with patience and in language that a gal who thought she had a furnace (which turned out to be a boiler) could easily understand. Very professional and thorough. Very glad we opted to go with this company!

Odean was great! Showed up on time, helped explain what he was going to do and worked quickly. He also pointed out a few small electrical/HVAC things I might want to look into which would go a long way to saving money. Will definitely hire again.

I introduced myself all my credentials and my company and explain how we are here to solve the problem that they called us and for her not to fix or to sell them anything but mainly to solve the problem and give information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Kaplan graduated at the top of my class with a 3.98 GPA and I have been working in this field more than 8 years.
