Thank you PSM for a great job. Scope of work 1. Install tile with transition to wooden floor 2. Install tread, railing, spindles, newel posts 2a. Stain and paint 3. Remove kitchen floor install new kitchen floor. 4 Install baseboards 5 demo walls 6 finish drywall in demo area opening laundry room more 7 install tile in garage entry area 8 install tread and trim The good PSM was: 1. On the job 5 days a week. (~3.5 weeks) 2. Multiple employees for a faster completion 3. Extremely respectful and trustworthy, I had them in the house while I was at work. There was a level of trust. Paulo is a man of good character. 4. Many of my quality issues were addressed with out disagreement. 5. Flexible with work scope 6. Cleaned up after the job 7. I could continue to lay on praise but you get the idea by this point. The areas of improvement 1. Not all of the employees were highly skilled. A finish carpenter was an issue on our job. The hand rail and spindles could have come out better. From a 10 feet it looks great from 3 feet some parts could look better, stain application, the mating angle of the hand rail were not perfect, then sanded, then a (what I'll call) corrective section was installed. Spindle spacing is variable distances. 2. Some of the drywall could have come out better as well. However, it will not be an issue once things/furniture are set in place. One recommendation I could give to customers is to not judge incomplete work. Unless it is a significant issue. It would only slow down the process. That said, my criticism is what separate PSM from a 5 star vs a 4 star rating. I will hire them again to I stall a coffered ceiling and a few other projects. I recommend PSM to you if you are looking for speed, dependability, and a business that is willing to make things right.

PSM did an outstanding job on my gutters as well as some minor repairs. Asked if I was available same day, Paulo came and did the job, quick and effective, cleaned everything up. Nice job guys!

They did a great job cleaning our gutters, all of our windows on three floors and two skylights, including two fragile leaded glass windows. Thorough, quick and professional. I’d highly recommend and will use them again.
