William was accommodating, flexible, and talented at taking care of assorted problems at our old house -- replacing rotting trim boards, painting, closing off chipmunk access point, etc. He also did more than expected by painting an adjacent area that I had prepped and hoped to get to myself (which is never a sure bet). Much appreciated care and professionalism.
