- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are market competitive. I always try to do a fair price, cause I think that way we can build a trust between employee and employer and also build a long lasting relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The starting price (aka first cleaning) is usually higher, because it’s required more time to get to know the house. If the customer decides to be a “repeat customer”, Andrea’ Cleaning gives a great deal for weekly or bi-weekly customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always liked to clean and organize stuff. I always had the pleasure of seeing the outcome of my job. So o figured cleaning houses as my own was something I really enjoyed. As the saying goes “do what you love, and you’ll never have to work.”
