She had her first job go over and was late, but communicated clearly every step, was very professional and through. My house has never been this clean, things I thought were permanent stains on my tub she was able to get off. She cleaned things I didn't even expect like under the stove knobs. I've hired "the maids" before this and I think she did a much better job. She even verified I was happy with everything before she left.
