Carol responds extremely quickly and was very flexible with time. We had to make a last minute change to our appointment and she was able to accommodate. The house was left spotless. Carol and her team are very attentive to detail. They were able to get rid of bathroom mold and discoloration. They left the bedrooms neat and well presented. We really appreciated such great service!

She had her first job go over and was late, but communicated clearly every step, was very professional and through. My house has never been this clean, things I thought were permanent stains on my tub she was able to get off. She cleaned things I didn't even expect like under the stove knobs. I've hired "the maids" before this and I think she did a much better job. She even verified I was happy with everything before she left.
