Hired for a move-out cleaning. House is empty. No furniture of any kind. I was texting with her and she did tell me that she preferred texting because she is Brazillian and doesn't speak much English. I met her at the house and opened a window to show her the space between the window and the screen needed to be vacuumed out and washed. She nodded understanding (I thought). When someone doesn't speak English, they sometimes understand English but don't speak it. There are many different scenarios and levels of "not speaking English". I have worked with others who used a translation app and the communication was clear. I do not believe this woman has EVER cleaned a house. There was NOTHING done well... if at all honestly!!!
