I recently received service from this company, and although the staff was friendly, I was disappointed with the quality of work. Upon inspecting the apartment, I found the walls and ceiling hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. Only the appliances were cleaned upon request.
Given the unsatisfactory condition, I opted to re-clean the apartment myself. Unfortunately, the walls and floors were extremely dirty, suggesting they hadn't been properly cleaned before.

I did the cleaning in your house as discussed, and I have before and after photos and as you yourself said the black smoke walls were not going to come out 100 percent, but I did as much as I could, I didn’t understand these photos of you because the apartment I cleaned doesn’t have a brick wall and the refrigerator was white and not even the stove was black but white! So these photos are not of the apartment I cleaned and I can prove it. Unfortunately I can’t put the photos here but I can send them in private.
