Quick to respond to job and arrived on time. We just moved into a new home and it was empty but needed a deep clean of floors, walls, windows, etc. She went above and beyond. Every inch of the house was spotless!! Everything shined so an old house looked brand new. Very impressed. Will definitely set up regular cleanings with her to keep it looking so clean!

Upscale Cleaning Service did the move out cleaning on our house. Diana responded promptly when I asked her for a quote and was able to accommodate us on the specific day we asked for. She came over the day before the clean out to see the house and give us a quote. Because we weren't able to be back at the house after the cleaning, she sent a ton of pictures of the gleaming house. The buyers agent remarked house pristine the house was. They did the refrigerator and the oven too! I would absolutely use them again and if we weren't leaving the area, I would use them as our regular cleaning service.

I used Upscale Cleaning for move in & out services. I can tell you Diana and her crew knows what she does. She begins by checking what needs to be focused. They are very professional at dealing situations such as being flexibile on the move day. Great quality and reasonable price! I don't know how I would have survived all the stress without them. They even cheered my daughter up who was sad from her transition. I love them and am willing to have them back in the near future. Thank you Diana!!
