There was a small stain on the ceiling
Marcos came with his helper
They removed the toilet and found there was
No evidence that the toilet was the leak
They asked if they could investigate to find the source of the leak we agreed
They opened a hole in the ceiling
And checked where the leak was coming from
Checking the water pipes first
Then the tile
Then the drain
No leak could be found
They had an iPhone camera
At each test
The only thing left was the overflow
On the tub
It turned out the gasket had deteriorated
So when showering water got by
Just enough to stain the ceiling
So what began too years ago
They were able to repair and solve the problem
They now had to repair a large hole
In the ceiling below
The next day they returned
With materials to do job
There are two large rooms fully furnished
Open dining room living room
They covered all the walls and furniture
Patched the ceiling put coat of plaster
Sanded and painted
If anyone has had plaster dust
At there home during a renovation
You now it gets everywhere
With best coverage it still gets thru
They cleaned the whole house
It took longer to prep and clean
Than fix the leak
The care they took to protect our home
During the work
You can not tell there was hole in our ceiling
The paint is any exact match
Our home is cleaner when they left
Than when they arrived
They take pride in there work
And it showed
I would recommend this company
And continue to use on any future
