Was left very confused. We agreed on a time and date in advance. He showed up almost an hour late, after going to the wrong address twice. Then told me it was too late to do the job after all, and didn’t bring his tools or materials, which he had asked me to pay for in advance. He acted unprofessionally saying I was “making things complicated” and I decided I’d rather find someone else. I manage an apartment building and have hired dozens of workers over 15 yrs and this was a first! I appreciate that he did return the money I’d sent him in advance. If he didn’t want the job (re-caulking 4 tubs) he could have said that initially and saved us both time.
