What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intake, I learn a lot about a new client by his or her intake then I come up with a plan of action depending on what the client needs and I make sure that we are both on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Spa Tech Institute in 2009, there I specialized in Swedish, Deep Tissue massage, Reflexology, and chair massage. I also studied the Hot Stone program at the Cortiva Institute and got my certificate in that field.

Our massage starts at 70.00 for an hour and it can go up to 85.00 an hour depending on your add on and also the treatment that you are getting.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The very first time I had a professional massage I felt so good afterwards, I just could not believe the feelings that I was having so I started to look up massages on the internet to see the schools that were closest to me and the duration of the programs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with male and female from 18 years of age up.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the provider is licensed within that state, talk to the provider to make sure that the provider knows what you are expecting from him or her and also that the provider can do the job that you are requesting.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish clients knew how important it is to have regular massages, massages is not a luxury as was thought years ago, it has so many health benefits and once we are in the routine of getting regular massage we will definitely live a long and healthy life.
