- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s one a flat fee of $50 per hour, regardless of program taught. For more information on discounts or fees, see please contact via email.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out to book a session, they will be contacted by email to confirm the appointment and will receive a Google Meet link for the scheduled date and time. The first session includes an initial assessment to better understand the student’s strengths, needs, and learning goals. After the session, a personalized report is shared outlining the results and recommended next steps. From there, all future sessions can be conveniently booked through the website. No charges are made until after the session has been completed.
