Just finished our move with Anton, Marcus, and Sergei. We were quite happy with the service we received. Packing, loading, and unloading were done efficiently and professionally. Our items were handled respectfully and carefully. The scheduler on Thumbtack was extremely responsive, whether late at night or early in the morning.
My only suggestion for improvement was that I felt like some of my messages might not have been passed to the movers--for example, I requested that they bring a TV box in advance, but they didn't have one. However, they were able to construct a makeshift box and get the TV there in one piece.

Vadim and Alex were fantastic. When our previous movers cancelled on us unexpectedly, we were able to quickly connect with Vadim and schedule help for the next morning. We were extremely impressed with the quality and speed of their work and their professionalism! They even helped us assemble an Ikea bed even though we were missing screws. Great value for the work as well and very punctual. Will definitely reach out to them next time we move!

I was looking for someone to help when I was driving to Ikea in Stoughton from Arlington. Paradise responded immediately. They were clear about the fees. They were flexible and kind. When I was almost done shopping, I asked them to come and they estimated arrival in 30 mins and were prompt (early even). They were kind, helpful, quick, careful, and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend these guys! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I really appreciate them! I have 32 stairs to my first floor, but they needed to take most the new furniture to the second floor (so another 14 stairs). They moved quickly, and I’m so grateful for their help moving new furniture from IKEA to my second floor. thanks, Jac

I had a wonderful experience with Paradise Moving & Storage. From the beginning I was told what to expect and how much everything would cost. I appreciate knowing this in advance. There was no extra charge to have this moving done on a Sunday I had a prompt response from them, and in fact they called today to say they could come early if I wanted which I did. The were very friendly, understanding that my Mom had recently died and we were changing rooms around, polite and treated our furniture carefully. They did the work quickly and I would highly recommend this company and its employees.

I booked this team on a Sunday, very last minute and am thankful that I did!
I had two cubes for long distance moving that I was wrapping up and needed to get the last things in and ideally in a single unit if possible.
They communicated expectation for arrival and texted ETA and then again at arrival. I explained the situation and they got to work attempting to consolidate into a single cube as much as possible, also packing it tightly.
When it was clear I’d need both, they packed the remaining items then worked to add actually pack the last boxes in my storage unit and load them and secured it with a strap. While I’d have preferred to not have a unit not full, they did an exceptional job of securing my items.
They finished with loading the few items that I was taking to donation and to my daughter into my car from my storage unit.
I’ve moved a LOT and these guys are top notch! I’d use them anytime I needed help with a move and can only image how great they’d be for and end to end move.
If you need efficient and reasonably priced, responsively movers - don’t look elsewhere-these guys will make your moving day MUCH easier!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing options for local moving(under 150 miles) start from:
$110 for 2 professional movers
$160 for 3 professional movers
$200 for 4 professional movers
We have 2.5 hours minimum charge including travel time. Anything over 2.5 hours will be charged in 15 min increments.
All packing supplies( tape, shrink-wrap, mattress bags, boxes) will be charged additionally based on needs.
For long distance moves there are flat charges only based on the actual size of the move.
We offer 5% discount for cash payment.
Storage prices:
Studio apartment starting from 100$/month
1 bedroom apartment/house starting from 150$/month
2 bedroom apartment/house starting from 300$/month
3 bedroom apartment/house starting from 450$/month
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have the same process for all of the customers.
Once we have got a lead, we will estimate all the details, calculate the quote and will send it to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's not necessary to have a special education to run a moving business. However we have a 5+ years experience in moving business
All new workers required to complete 2 weeks of payed training at our warehouse.
