The move generally is good. They handled the move carefully and people are nice. My tv stand is titled during the move. But they came back later multiple time until it is fixed. Good experience!!!

Paradise, indeed! I can’t rave enough about how great this moving team is! Vlad accommodated my last minute moving requests (12 hours between my request and their showing up!) three separate times for three separate jobs in the space of 2 weeks. Alex and Marcus were amazing! Tireless and friendly—even in 95 degree heat! We needed help cleaning out a packed basement and garage, then they helped pack and move my friend’s condo stuff to their storage space, THEN helped same friend transport remaining goods to a donation center. Honestly, I texted Vlad late on Friday night on two occasions and both times he responded immediately and had the movers there early next morning. Just unparalleled customer service.
I’ve rarely encountered such professional, prompt, attentive, and pleasant people in any business. AND everything was reasonably priced and consistent with their quotes-no surprises!
(The only surprise was when I repeatedly tried to tip Alex and his colleague, knowing my friend had already tipped them, and he refused to take it! Talk about integrity!!)

They came to my apartment very on time!! I was amazed with their speed and organization. It took them less than 30 minutes to pack and put everything in their truck for moving. The entire process of moving out and moving in from Worcester to Boston was under 2 hours!! The price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing options for local moving(under 150 miles) start from:
$110 for 2 professional movers
$160 for 3 professional movers
$200 for 4 professional movers
We have 2.5 hours minimum charge including travel time. Anything over 2.5 hours will be charged in 15 min increments.
All packing supplies( tape, shrink-wrap, mattress bags, boxes) will be charged additionally based on needs.
For long distance moves there are flat charges only based on the actual size of the move.
We offer 5% discount for cash payment.
Storage prices:
Studio apartment starting from 100$/month
1 bedroom apartment/house starting from 150$/month
2 bedroom apartment/house starting from 300$/month
3 bedroom apartment/house starting from 450$/month
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have the same process for all of the customers.
Once we have got a lead, we will estimate all the details, calculate the quote and will send it to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's not necessary to have a special education to run a moving business. However we have a 5+ years experience in moving business
All new workers required to complete 2 weeks of payed training at our warehouse.
