I had to do an 8’x 8’ mural. Since I hadn’t done something so large before I was introduced to Joe Youssef. Joe is an accomplished artist. In seeking references I was able to admire his iconography in two Churches. I remember while looking at his 40’ Mural of Christ, how I was filled with awe and peace. Our work together was a wonderful experience for me. Not only did I enjoy painting with him but I also learned a lot and I am looking forward to take some tutorial lessons in portraiture.
