Introduction
Nationally Certified through AFAA ( Aerobic and Fitness Association of America ) and have over 30 years of experience in personal training and in teaching group exercise. I specialize in Pilates mat and Yoga, Ballet Barre. I am also a Licensed Zumba Instructor and hold certifications in a few other fields as well. Tai Chi and aqua fitness certifications to name a few. As a former runner and skater I know how to train the human body to meet your potential and reach all of your goals. I will come to your in-home gym, or you may come to my in-home studio.

Donna went above and beyond to help me strengthen my back muscles. I have scoliosis that has graduately gotten worse over the years (from lugging around my heavy purse most likely) and she worked out sessions with her around my schedule and has given me the tools and knowledge/training i need to help improve my back. She has also helped me gain muscle strength in my upper body and arms as per my request. She is a great listener and is very knowledgable in the field of fitness and nutrition. I highly reccomend her to anyone.

Very personable, patience and thorough. Donna is helping with muscle building and toning. She was on time. I can't think of anything else she could have done to make the training session better. I'm pleased with our first appointment. Thanks!
