- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work and materials. We typically require a deposit to start and progress payments depending on the project. We do offer discounts when possible, especially for cash payments or combined services, while always maintaining high-quality standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule a visit to understand the project and discuss the client’s vision. Then I provide a detailed estimate with scope of work and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the job, order materials, and begin the project. Throughout the process, I keep clear communication to ensure everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience in the field, combined with continuous learning about new materials, tools, and building codes. I also work closely with licensed electricians and plumbers to ensure all projects meet local regulations.
