What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are offering $200 off all full roof installations. We also give free estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step would be to schedule an on-site meeting where we would provide an estimate before we leave. Once we get the job, we will structure our project timeline and order our material according to the needs of the customer. After we complete our project, we will talk with the customer and make sure everything is to their liking. We do offer 24/7 Emergency Service so our customers can feel safe knowing we have their backs in case of an emergency with their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in construction since 2002, working my way up the ranks to project manager in two large construction companies. I became a subcontractor in 2015, where I began my own business helping other contractors. I recently received my Construction Supervisor license and I am going out to find customers who would like a knowledgeable professional to help make their house feel like home.
