I'm a computer technician. My responsibilities are the following: * Manage PC technicians in repairing desktops and laptops. * Maintain an efficient working environment and quickly resolve customer issues. * Analyze technical problems, schedule assignments, and approve all completed work. * Produce estimates, invoice repairs, and order parts. * Create, modify, and perform upkeep of files through menu-driven, command line, and graphic interfaces. * Implement new policies and procedures that significantly expedite check-in and repair procedures. I earned a fast promotion from an initial position of flex technician, resolving technical problems both in the store and within customers' homes.
