- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pool opening or closing services start at $349ea, and for every new client you refer that book a service you'll receive $50 credit toward your next service. We always provide upfront pricing with no hidden fees, and custom quotes are available for equipment installation and seasonal services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple. First, we discuss what the customer needs and provide a clear estimate. Then we schedule the service at a convenient time and explain each step of the process. Our goal is to make everything stress-free and leave the pool ready to enjoy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over two years of hands-on experience in the pool service industry, during which I have successfully completed more than 300 pool openings and closings, replaced about 20 liners, and installed multiple filtration and pumping systems. My training comes directly from professional work in the field, ensuring reliable and efficient service.
