We selected Patriot Contracting to have the siding on our house replaced. We decided to go with Hardie fiber cement board for the siding and all the trim. Working with Jim Ward was a very pleasant experience. No pressure, and he answered all our questions and made several suggestions on modifying the trim around our front door. I requested several details during the project and Jim remembered all the things I requested without need for me reminding him, unusual in my experience with contractors. No pressure on incremental payments either. His siding team was very punctual, showing up at 7:00 every day, and working through very cold weather and even light rain, and on Saturdays to get the job done. Kept the worksite fairly clean. We are very pleased with the outcome. The house looks great and the Hardie board should remain maintenance free for many years to come. Would definitely consider using Patriot again in the future.

We got our windows and siding done this year, and these guys are phenomenal. They and the people they work with clearly take a lot of pride in their work, and go out of their way to make sure the job is done right. Every meeting we had with them was low pressure and extremely informative; there's no predatory garbage ("sign now or the price will go up!," upcharge $10k on materials so you can dramatically offer a $5k discount later, etc.) Any questions or problems we had, they were happy to get sorted out for us.After the old cedar siding came off, there was a lot more rot than expected, and rather than just covering it up with the new stuff and getting out early, they brought in the extra materials to replace boards and reframe the sills. It's quality work done by a team that doesn't cut corners, and we'll definitely call them for any work we need done in the future.

We focus on quality, not just the lowest price. Our estimates are free, with no hidden fees, and we offer competitive pricing while using quality materials and experienced crews.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our team members will contact the customer to schedule an in-home visit. We look at the project, discuss their needs, and answer any questions. We usually send a detailed estimate within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of hands-on experience in construction and hold a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL).
