Nice view is overcharging 3 times what job is worth at $14,000 The other quotes were aprox $4500 !!! He is hoping someone will be stupid enough to take his $14,000 price to stain a deck!! Do not hire NICE VIEW !!! He is trying to steal you money !!!! These are facts . See other estimates I included In review. I didn’t want to give review but he twice defended his price to me like it’s was OK. So I’m posting the facts for you to see for yourself.

His quote was outrageously high. I expected a quote of $250-$300 to stain a flat 10x 20 ground deck with me supplying the stain and he quoted me $2000.00. That is what it cost to build the deck.
