Camden quickly addressed the issues and explained what needed to be done. The job was completed more than satisfactorily. I would definitely use him again.

My water heater started leaking and we all know what that means. Gave one call to Streamline Plumbing Solutions and had a plumber on that Saturday. He brought the new water heater in and took the old one out. Very pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable about their work. The thing I like most is the attention to detail while soldering the copper joints and how quickly I was able to take a shower again. 10 out of 10 stars, would highly recommend!

Camden was great and did a really nice job replacing our outdoor spigots. He takes a lot of pride in his work and made sure the job was done right. The setup is 10x better than the old one, as he replaced old copper piping and added a new shutoff valve leading to the spigot. He will be our go-to plumber and highly recommend him.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is dependent on the scope of work. For example, I usually charge a flat rate for jobs like swapping toilets or faucets. When it comes to a larger tasks, repairing drain lines, fixing leaks in water pipe, an hourly rate may charged. Transparency is key, I will always strive to keep an open line of communication with the costumer about work being performed and recommendations I may have and the cost.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First and foremost, communication, whether it be over the phone, through messaging or email. We will discuss the scope of work; weather it is an emergency or schedule a meeting time in person. I prefer to meet the customer and get a view of the work needed before I draft a quote.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the construction industry for almost 20 years. I went to a Voc tech high school where I studied welding and fabrication. That was my main career for almost 10 years, until I found my way into plumbing. I worked my way through apprenticeship and received my journeyman license. I have worked in some of the largest laboratories in the state down to fixing sinks in one-bedroom apartments. No task is too big or to small.
