I hired Tom for a basement demo so I could lay down new flooring. He send 5 guys to remove an installed bar and remove bricks from an old stove landing. Unfortunately the job was not completed well. I had to pay the person laying my flooring an extra $150 to remove the remaining bricks completely since his worker did not. I reached out to Tom multiple time about reimbursing me for that portion of the job that was not completed and had to be redone and never heard back.
