Andrew was very prompt in responding to my project needs. I choose Andrew after discussing my problem of snow and ice dams on my roof, over the phone. He told me exactly what was included in his bid, from start to finish. The quality of his work was outstanding and he started and finished exactly as promised. Would definitely hire again.

Andy is prompt, very nice to speak with, explained everything clearly, had a crew of men who did everything we agreed upon, gave me the cost up front and called me 2 days later to learn how I made out and if I needed any more of the roof pellets on my property as I had a lot of ice. I could see a big improvement on my ice dams very quickly and they were gone in a couple of days.

I had a serious problem with an ice dam and leakage. Andrew was able to come the next day. He should up when he said he would, did what he said he would and changed what he said he would. I was very happy and would use him again

Andrew did a good job getting the remaining snow and ice off of my roof. He made channels in the ice damns which seems to be working as we continue to experience melting. The water damage we had in the house has stopped. He was on time and very forthcoming with costs, etc. It was a bit more expensive than I hoped but much better than what other roofers have been charging for similar work. I would hire him again.
